Q: How do I sign up/register for the membership?

1. Scan the QR displayed on the counter/ cashier

2. Fill in your phone number/ email

3. Enter the OTP that you received. 

4. Use the loyalty webapp to begin earn point instantly. 

 

Q: How do i check my point balance?

Kindly go to your Rebe WebApp 

 

Q: How can i redeem with my points?

There are many rewards available within the loyalty WebApp. You may browse through the Reward Catalogue page to select your choice of redemption items. Do look out for special offer from times to time.

 

Q: Can I exchange my points for cash?

No. Points cannot only can be redeemed as eVoucher/gift/ rewards listed in the Reward Catalogue.

 

Q: Can I transfer my points from a few membership into 1 membership?

No, you cannot transfer the points to another membership account.
